I had a bad dream last night. Well, I am classifying it as dream because I don't know what else to call it. I half awoke with a shadow attached to my chest, flittering like it was trying to break free but couldn't. It was vibrating weightless, like some kind of plastic bag with a sense of being. It was very strange. It became almost a lucid dream, because I held it still and tried to cut it free with some heat source, searing the connection. I could see the ends of it's veins and was methodically cutting it loose. I felt no pain but I could see the steam coming from it. Gross.

Maybe it was a nightmare?
I find it somewhat curious and humorous when the first thing I thought was, "It sounds like that time I fell asleep with my cellphone on my chest and someone called so it started vibrating and woke me up."

Ooh, maybe! A gut-eating, super-hungry alliiieennn! Spooky! Maybe you should go to the hospital now and make sure it didn't lay eggs in your tummy!
