You oughta start writing down your ideas on a notepad that you carry around with you. Then later, when you have time to write, you can do so in much detail.

Yeah, I used to play soccer and rugby and also played the drums. The drums and rugby are really good ways to get rid of stress, especially rugby because it's such a physical game. : )
I've always wanted to do kick boxing though.
