So glad to get home today, I think my blood pressure might settle down again now. My job can be sooo stressful sometimes and i'm often so glad to see the back of the day when I can go home and relax.
I got an appointment to do my medical today, 9am tomorrow morning so hopefully that will be ok and I can ring and confirm my place on the program after that. I really hope there are still some places left otherwise i'm going to have to wait but i'm ready to do it now, my frame of mind is there and I dont want to delay!
Urgh, looking out of my window is depressing today, its chucking down with rain and really grey out. For saying its summer we have had so much rain this month, in fact there are floods and they have evacuated people not far from here because of the threat of a dam bursting. What's happening with the weather? Global warming is one thing but isnt it supposed to be getting warmer and not wetter?

Hi!
I thank the Good Lord for the rain. I know it can be depressing but we need it desperately in Florida. Global warming is happening and will be in our future if we don't get control of the situation now.
I hope you get your medical exam right away so you can proceed with your weight loss program. I am eager to learn how it works for you. Bye for now.
