Hello! I have been doing well. Still haven't hit the gym. I need to make time but school, work, and studying leave me with late nights or extremely early mornings. My goal this week is to go to the gym at least 4 times. Food wise: I have been good. I "feel" like i am losing. But im not for sure. I decided to not weigh my self for 4 weeks at a time. I just get so down and it ruins me when I only see that I lost 2 pounds for the week when in reality that is great. Oh how your weight can play mind games!
Anyone know any good crock pot recipes? Healthy ones? Hope everyone else is doing well! Talk to you soon buh bye.
