David was noticeably in a lighter mood this morning. I practiced the entire primary series and one half of the second up to dwi pada sirsasana. I forgot to put bekasana before danurasana, but oh well. I was able to get the soles of my feet in kapotasana. David made me do kapotasana again to see where I was in that posture. I had a good bakasana, and a good jump into bakasana. Ardha matsyendrasana felt SO GOOD...best ever. Eka pada on the left felt good, and then I felt something give out at that point energetically, esp. around my neck. When I got to the right side, I did not have much strength to keep it behind the head. Oh well. I tried Dwi pada with David's help. He asked if I wanted to do drop backs and I felt so tired at that point (even though I had a very solid hand stand after doing three urdvah danurasanas). Lots of energetic shakes in savasana. That second series really gets the kundalini going it seems...must be careful when practicing...
