Barnardo's Young Peoples Regional Advisory Group is running a competition on how people feel about knife, gang and gun crime.
we are reaching out to the more creative young people, who are able to design posters, take photographs, or even write poetry. with the top 3 entry's in each category winning prizes.
As a group we value everyones contribution to this, we will be exhibiting all entrys, with the key themes emerging. we need to know what you feel will change, concerns, childrens and young peoples views, and also reccomendations.
When all entrys are in, we shall have an exhibition at Barnardo's Regional office in Newcastle, then they will be exhibited around the North East of England, in art centres, civic centres, town halls and libraries etc.
The closing date for this will be the 21st July 2008, and the planned exhibition will be in the first week in the School summer holidays.
