| Anorexic friend died, sunday morning
|

Ok I have a firned who lives in California and I called her today and her mom told me she wwas dead and never to call back. I was crying for about half-an-hour and then my mom came to talk to me.
She told me she new about it and my friend died from anorexia I gaped at her and I vowed never to speak to her for another month.
I don't know if this will hurt he but she hurt me she never kept something from me b4.

wow, i'm so sorry. i hope your mom talks to you some more and that you get some closure from your friend's mom, too. doesn't seem like it's helping anyone to keep such secrets from you. makes me wonder what they're hiding from you OR from themselves? good luck.

She probably did not want to upset you honey.
Give your mom a break.
She was trying to protect your emotions.

i agree with DS, our mothers protect us and sometimes we don't agree with their decisions, but i am sure she didn't mean to hurt you, she loves you very much i am sure, and the fact that you are hurting is probably hurt enough for her
