i think friendships in the work place do exist but they are fake. I have one really good friend well i should say we are so close we might as well be sisters and i have known her since elementary school.
I think depends on who the person is and where you usually see this person

I went through the same thing hun. Dont worry its all for your protection. I didn't understand either until i had to care for another person than myself. No i do not have any kids but I do have a younger sister. i am 18 and she is 4. and she is starting to use the computer and she gets on myspace...

I know exactly what you are talking about.
I know what you mean. It can get really annoying really fast. I was never sheltered. This is what I did to my friends that did that to me. I told the ones who were acting like that..That i was a virgin and I was mature enough to make my own decisions....
