I hope that the woman who raised me gets her gift today. I don't know why I spent a hundred dollars on her for three different plays to see. I don't like her. I can't stand her. She is cruel, unloving, and draining. I can't go into details today because I'm short on time, but I'm very eager to writer about her. She has had a major impact on my life good and bad. I remember crying to a lady at church when I was young, "I don't understand why she is so mean to me, why is she my new mom? why?......" And she looked up at me as I wiped my tears and said, "because honey, God is telling you what kind of person not to be when you grow up"
She must be the devil I thought!

God had his plans...I think maybe like the woman in church said, to show you how not to be and maybe to give you material for your lovely writings...*hugs*

Your post truly touched my heart. And illustrates the absolute beauty of your spirit that you can find it in your heart to give her such nice gifts in spite of how badly she treated you. That in itself, speaks volumes of how wonderful you must have turned out. It is wonderful that you even acknowledge that this woman also impacted your life with good as well as bad. For you to take out time and even consider the fact that she gave you something positive shows that you are a very well balanced person. Apparently, this lady that raised you,in spite of herself or by accident, did something right by you for you appeared to have turned out with a beautiful spirit. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
