| I do want to live, really

There was undeniably some revelation to my spirit last night while soaking in a hot bath holding the pages of my new book open, I read the words, “we deny the gift of life, we embrace death”
This new book that I hope I finish unlike so many other empowering books I’ve started, had those dominant words starring right in my face. My green eyes went over the words again and again as it was making me experience something exceptional for a moment. Something bona fide. It filled my spirit, consuming it like pouring milk into a glass slowly, all the way to rim. It started in the bottom of my soul and swirled around not leaving one bit of my soul uncoated. “WE DENY THE GIFT OF LIFE, WE EMBRACE DEATH”
I’m not sure about you, but I’m going to try and fix that. |
