Feels good to be back. I really didn't go anywhere, I just haven't been here. I quit smoking...going on three days. I know I know...It's not that long, but for me it's a year I tell ya. I'm very proud of myself. Seeing the little changes in my daily life are enough to make me never want to smoke again. I rewarded myself already with a facial at the spa. Have four more scheduled......drinking water....no coke since tuesday. Went walking today, and guess what? ..........I didn't run out of breath! Oh it feels so good to treat my body the way God intended. The desire to be good is overflowing within me. So let's all bow our heads and pray that this wonderful feeling I have never goes away...........amen
hmmm I feel like I'm missing something......

I hope you are successful. You sure have the right attitude about it! I wish you the best. Wish I could quit smoking. But now giving up Coke, well, I just don't want to do it. You know, I love my coke.
