 Someone smack me...

Well, there's a lesson learned as to why I should do an outline to a story first.

I wrote a story on Ficlets called Revenge Is A Dish Best Served Cold. It's a story based in the world of the City of Heroes MMORPG. I had a lot of fun writing it, and got a couple of good comments on it.

2 days later, and I noticed a glaring error in my story that I should have noticed when I was writing it. The story (prior to my editing it) started with:

She watched from the shadows. Saw her target through the skylight.

Big problem, though. The main character in my story is supposed to be blind! Gods, how did I miss that?

Well, I guess better to catch it now than to not see it at all. At least it wasn't in a published book. Wink
