Death - sad or honorable

We are all faced with a choice. Life or death. We have that choice all along, from the moment we are born till we die.

We are put in a world were our surroundings are reality. If the computer is on the right side of the room for 23 years it seems odd, wrong, and out of place to put it on the left side. Therefor the right side being reality.
So when we are born with life and live it for however how long then death is not acceptable.

We can always move the computer back to the other side but once you are dead no one really knows what happens.

So lets say we are born with the possibility that death is okay. What would it change? Maybe death is an honorable thing that we have pushed aside as scary and sad.

Maybe if we thought our children death is a part of life the minute they are born and not just when a friend or family member dies then they would relize death is a part of life. It is the end of life.

Death is scary to me. Death is sad to me. Death is the last thing I want to experiance.

But maybe, just maybe, if we changed the tad bit about death it could be:

Death is honorable. Death is a great ending to life. Death is just life without breathing.

Not saying I want my children to think enforcing death is okay, on themselfs or anyone else. But I know how painfull death is to kids. I am just trying to stop a few un-needed tears.
