| Sounds like you just raised your blood sugar. It probably sank down low and the bread sticks will metabolize like a sugar. You obviously needed the food. I know I sound like someone's mother (hmmm, maybe cause I am?) but please, please be careful, Whitters. They consider anything under 1000 calories a day to be "starvation mode" and your metabolism shuts down. Stay healthy for you and your little one! I'll be thinking of you. I know you'll do what you feel you need to do regardless (been there, done that) but please be careful. People out her care about you~ |

| Thanks. This coming week I'm going to add more calories to my food. That way I don't feel drunk like that again. It was the weirdest feeling. |

| I agree with Blair, Got to watch some of these odd diets out there. I have 2 girls at work here who both got sick on the adkins diet due to the lack of carbs, I do not know what your using, but be carefull. I looked into alot of programs before I decided to join my cult lol and this really is a well balanced deal. But Kudos to you for trying to improve your self. |

Good job on staying on your diet, Whit! If I were on a diet, I would probably screw it up and just leave it after, like, two days. But I'm not on a diet, so I don't have to worry about that XD.
What I do to stop myself from being obese is I play a lot of sports. To a lot of people, sports aren't really that fun, but it beats running on a treadmill or lifting weights for an hour! Maybe you should look into any company teams, and, if they don't have any, think about making on yourself! Softball, soccer, basketball, it really doesn't matter. So long as you rsweat and stay generally unharmed! |
