Day 4
Well I wanted to see if I made any progress so far and I didn't want to step on the scale (have a visitor if you know what I mean) and I didn't want to face the daunting fact that the number may not change... so I measured my waiste, I've lost a whole INCH on my waiste!  YAY!  YIPPE SKIPPY!

Last night was HORRIBLE.  I made my daughter a bowl of cereal for dinner (hey don't judge me, LOL) and it was Golden Grahams and let me tell you people - OH MY GOSH, I don't think I've ever smelled something so yummy in my entire life.  I could just smell the Graham Golden GOODNESS - my daughter didn't eat it (she snacked with my husband) and I had to force my husband to move the bowl away from me because the urge to get the spoon and dive in was almost too much to bear.  Thankfully he moved it and the craving subsided, though I woke up this morning smelling chocolate chip cookies - don't ask me... I don't even have chocolate chip cookies in the house.   I think most of it is due to "my visitor" which is weird because normally I crave salty foods - not sweet. 

I am proud of myself for not giving into the craving... I think this time I'm serious about losing weight and becoming healthy.  Healthy for my daughter, healthy for my husband, healthy for ME.

Whtis...I'm soooo proud of you. Isn't that crazy what you eat or smell when Aunt Flo is here. I love cereal for supper, but I'd go for Cheerios instead...We should meet up someday...pershaps my weddin' in August... :)

I AM eating, I swear I eat 5 small meals a day - so I'm not depriving myself of food at all. Just the junk that I normally would feed on. I said feed like a cow hahahahahah. Ok I think it's funny anyway.

OLP that would be awesome if we were to meet.

Mine so far is a DIET. Once I get into the routine of this becoming a habit I'll change it from "diet" to "life style change". LOL

You are SO strong! Good for you...I don't think that I could do that, cereal is my weakness. I could eat cereal ALL the time & any kind...except for Grape Nuts. Yucky! :p

I know. I am so with you. I could eat cereal - every day for every meal. It was so incredibly hard to NOT eat that. That was the first time I felt weak since I started on Monday.

Golden Grahams are AWESOME! It's amazing how things that wouldn't normally bother us do when we diet.
I wish you so much luck - just know when to stop the "super lose" phase.

My weakness is pastas and white sauces... I love alphredo, and biscuits and sausage gravy...

OK I got to stop my belly is grumbling
