First of let me wish you all a Happy and I hope Thoughtful Turkey day.. Hopefully you will be blessed to be with your loved ones too. Linda and I have set a record that I wish could have continued but as is Life all good things must come to an end, This will be the first Thanksgiving in 27 years that the family won't be complete at the dinner table, three of our four kids (young adults) won't be home this year and I feel sort of lost..I never gave much thought over the past years that this day would actually come but now as the holidays draw near reality finds it way home. I am Thankful that we have been able to have those many years together, I have my Thoughts and memories of those past days of being together, (not to mention the countless hours of Thanksgiving Day videos of the past), I just hope and pray that my Children will be able to break our record with there loved ones some day..

Call them and put them on speaker phone, they will be there in voice and in spirit. Happy Thanksgiving Wayne, Linda, and all four kids.

I never looked at it from my parents point of view. Which is true, But I always call my parents on Thanksgivin', Christmas (now due to work location) birthdays & Easter.
May you and Linda have a quiet yet, good Thanksgivin'...All our best to you, love from Canada Pauline & Adam =) xo

Ahh..empty nest.
My son turned 18 today.
Do you know what I bought him?
The Santa 3 movie with Tim Allen...a blanket...slippers...candy....Shrek the Trilogy movies...a video game..and a bunch of cash.
Sounds like I am trying to keep him a baby.
I do not know if I will be able to handle him really being gone one day.
I feel for you.
Happy Thanksgiving anyway.
Peace.
