So today has been great. Actually, if I hadn't woken up with a bad back, it would be perfect. I only had one son staying over last night, the other two were at Halloween parties so today its been me and my youngest. So its been spoil him day. This morning I made him a bacon breakfast and then we watched tv a little, him cuddling me. Then we wet to get some fuel in my van and because the rain was so bad it was fun driving through it all and seeing the floods.
We tried visiting grandma but she wasn't in so we came home for some lunch. He wanted tomato soup for lunch...AGAIN but he had that for dinner last night and a father has to have SOME rules. :o)
So this afternoon we watched a disaster B movie, end of the world kinda thing, and corny as anything. He complained the whole thing through but in a laughing way, tormenting me. :o)
And then just now the weather improved and he went out with his friend to play football, very happy.
Sometimes its the little things in life that you need to put a little perspective on stuff. And i just had a big dose of what I needed. :o)
