VACATION POLICY
I don't see a  problem with not having a vacation policy the Facilities part of the Union do not have one and seem to get along just fine.

Our elustrious Director said there would be no more Blackout dates which seemed to be the problem area. Isay if you earned your vacation leave take your vacation leave when you want to.
