Our elustrious Director said there would be no more Blackout dates which seemed to be the problem area. Isay if you earned your vacation leave take your vacation leave when you want to.

60 MANAGERS WERE INTERVIEWED ALL AND SAID SHE DID A GREAT JOB. NO CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES WHERE PART OF THE SURVEY.
