Ive been reading and looking at all the posts in many of the forums here, and Ive found that there are a lot of people here who post very intelligent and well thought out comments.
But the main thing i have noticed is that people will stand by what they think and give good answers why they believe what they say.
So what have i been up to, well my eyes are going square looking at the monitors on my desk, been busy wandering the web and looking under the electronic stones and see whats there. Had to pay my newspaper bill today, god it was more than i thought. I found out long ago that if you wanted to find out a small percentage of what is going on. Buy as many local and regional papers read them and then buy the nationals and read some more, you might get a tiny understanding of what is going on. Then take what you have learnt and try to have an original thought. Once we lose the ability to see beyond the hype and rhetoric we become just another faceless drone. Sorry going on a bit there.

Wow! yeah, at first I wasn't sure why you said your newspaper bill was so high... Now I see why! :) Way to be your own intrepid reporter.
It's funny. In order for ME to feel like I'm getting more of the full story, I have to listen to the BBC world news...

hi ghostie!
me, i don't worry much about getting the full story 'cause i figure i probably won't anyway :o(
when i go to the pub, i sit and have a couple pints, read every newspaper they've got and then i split - usually by then my head is about to explode from polemic overload!
