The average number of Black men in college is 864,000 while 802,000 Black men are behind bars. So today I want to send out a BIG Congratulations to my husband who will be graduating from college with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He is a strong Black man raising two young Black boys to be strong Black men. Despite the odds there are success stories and I want to applaud him for his hard work and dedication. I am proud that he will be in the boardroom deciding fates, not the courtroom having his decided. I pray for all my Black brothers who are struggling on the path of life. Know that if you follow the Lord he will direct your steps and the path will lead you to Victory! |

Congradulations to you and your husband for not allowing your skin color to be the decideing factor for your success. I pray that all colored poeple- latinos, blacks, asians, ect- begin to stop bickering about the so called racism they "suffer" or have "suffered" from and begin to step out of the mentality of oppression. God did not create us to feel inferior to not one single soul, let alone a white man. Society has made it so that we, colored poeple have to fight that much harder for our prosperity and success. That only means that we must be that much stronger and courageouse.
May God bless you and your family to be an example of courage and integrity always.
