Can I get an encore? I don't know why that song is in my head, but it just is as I sit here watching the Giants vs. the Cowboys game. I just really got into football a couple of years ago after going my entire life not understanding anything about it. But I am the type of person that if you tell me something once I remember it so since that first football lesson I have been a football fanatic.
I had a rocky weekend beginning with news on Friday that my mother was in the hospital. Having started the week in the hospital I never imagined ending it with her there. Kinda ironic. She is on the road to recovery and is in great spirits. She has asthma and I am so happy that it wasn't emphesyma. The Lord truly is a healer and he has brought us all from different places and I thank him for keeping my family in perfect peace.
Okay about the fast. I am really hanging in there and have really seen a breakthrough in my health. I do not feel as bloated as I had been. My energy level is up and my headaches are less. I still have them, but I am starting to think that they are from stress because I didn't have one all week except for Monday and then on Friday when I was told about my mom. I used to have migranes really bad and I was healed from that so I am praying that these headaches will also go away. This fast has been great for our family too. We are coming up with all kinds of recipes for dinner and it is fun to get in the kitchen together and through ingredients together. Life is truly good.
