The countdown to my birthday is on it is a little over a month away and I am not nervous yet, but I am not as close to my goal as I would like to be. My weight has fluctuated from 165 to 170 being the highest and I am now 160. I really want to be 140 by my birthday and I am going to do my best these last 30 days to get there. I am going to work out EVERYDAY for the rest of the month & the entire month of March. I have changed my eating habits drastically and I am not eating as much as I usually do. I have also cut back on my snacking and I am trying to drink more water. So I am going to be documenting my last 30 unitl my 30th birthday. So stay tuned.
