I need to thank one of my readers for these kind words in a recent email ... they came at a most needful time ...
I pass them on to friends and family daily and they too do the same. What a great idea and a blessing to us all. Thanks Valerie and keep doing what you do because you up lift the spirits of so many people daily with your daily thoughts.

Your words are so familiar to me ! I have struggled through and feel that I am now on the "right" side of thought .. it is an uphill battle this "changing" of the mind set . but you will do it ! ... One day at time all adds up to a lifetime
