 Iranian democracy.
I have been truly inspired by the actions of the Iranian people and their fight for freedom. I feel honored that they have called us to help in their fight. Despite our differences with Iran we can have one thing in common that will transcend all of it, which is freedom. An enemy nation has just called us to help them, we should think past our problems because this is a solution.
I understand that many are unhappy about the Iraqi war, but this is our duty to show our children that we do not run away when needed. I understand that our country isn’t doing so great, but I think these hardships are a test by G-d to prove ourselves. Are we really worthy of freedom if we do not have compassion? We are a nation under divine protection of G-d as a means of spreading democracy world wide. When a nation calls us, we should be ready.
Let us all stand united behind Obama no matter what our party affiliation might be because this is a hard choice for any man to make. This for me is not about America going to war, this is about humanities journey to peace.

Good post. I think we might disagree about if we should join the fight but you bring up some good points. I do feel we need to stay out though.
