| The breadth of Friendship. |
Too many people seem to think that by turning up at their dinner parties you wil be warmed by their glow. I have tended to see beyond.
When you buy a house who cares what colour they have done their bathroom?
Do you mind how they have carpeted thir hall?
Its the foundation and the roof you're buying.
A coat of paint to your tast is just the iceing on the fruit cake.
So I know their invitations to dine don't mean they are good people, or thir glow is good for your skin.
I can eat my nosh at the kitchen table - and I can read my book aswell.
A true friend can take his paper to read on the front porch, and leave me to quietly tap away untill I'm done.
