I feel you should seek some Counceling over this - both seperatly and together.
You need to air your true feelings and fears in an atmosphere which isn't going to judge you.

First of all you need to find a trusted friend or someone who can listen to you who has some years of experience.
Then comfide this to them. Be honist about your fears. Speak to your GP if he is available. He will listen and help. Anger has a root course, and you need to handle this if you are to be a father with responsibilitys for a family.
