My roots make me no closer to the 'Beautiful Game' than you, ScB. In public I 'need' to support Newcastle - but only to save my scalp in a busy pub!

Come on: If you had fun, thats great. And if he had sex with you he's not really quite as gay as you thought, now is he?

Posted in Deployments on 2007-11-17 13:03:35
I still think you are bloody brave to take it all on. But then I speak from the stand point of a housband who worked from home all the years our two were growing up.

I envy you your life then. I have people waiting to be seen, a feed bill to pay, fields to be planned,a book in progress and a kitchen to finish ...And people think I have retired!

How could anyone lie to you? No, I could not manage without my laptop either. That and an A4 pad and pen. I love the Autumn and the Spring.

Posted in love doesn't really exist on 2007-11-16 11:22:09
'Life' is not a standard regulation pattern waiting for you to inhabit it. It is dependant on what you contribut. You are the artist. 'Life' is the raw material for you to take in your two hands and mould to what you want. Go on - give it a try!

Hallo TPG, No - nothing wrong there at all. We're human, with a creative mind and flexible imagination. Quite common to be doing one job, whilst thinking of another - isn't it calls multi-tasking!

Posted in you know when... on 2007-11-13 00:28:41
Yes, this site is just for that. You carry on; but everyone thinks this stuff. Everyone 'Could have done better if only...' Its called being human! And yes, Moms & Dads - thats what they do - act like a playground wall to bounce your ideas off.

Posted in Moveing on on 2007-11-11 23:26:09
I agree - we must not, ever forget, but do people need to be prompted?

Can you enlarge on this a bit? You have begun, but you need to continue - enough for us to be able to offer some advice.

Perhaps you are just being used, like the girl you could hear? Is he worth it? Perhaps his sence of values is not like yours.

Posted in I'm Horrible on 2007-11-08 13:26:36
Nothing horrible about it. Its just that for blokes it's a little more simle. You [as a woman] do normally need to think of these things. Now just stay on course and maybe, 1 year from now, there will be 3 of you! Bood luck

Posted in my boyfriends mom on 2007-11-07 14:10:58
Mums are like this. No matter how old he is, to her he is still 'Her Baby' - nothing you can do there. Some mums like to control. Take it as a challenge, but nicelly. He's grown up now and he should go out when he wants to - and not nesseccerilly when it suits his mom's plans either. Do your own thing - but be dyplomatic too.

Posted in Irritation on 2007-11-07 14:01:49
In my humble experiense as a mear male here - women tend tewards this "She's my best friend - I hate her" syndrome. There is no answer. Blokes just don't mix with people they don't get on with.

Oh Molly! It seems wether you're trying to amuse or just feeling rotton, you are still worth reading! Keep going old love!

Hallo - Re your Interviewee, try a message on the notices board of a local United Services Club. And put a notice in the local paper - or better still, get the local paper to interview you about it! But Re: your class mates - thats life, [more's the pity!]

Posted in Forgiveness on 2007-11-05 10:51:45
Think of it like this: All your resentment is doing harm to you, and no harm to anyone else. It's as simple as that. You use up valuable energy [mental energy] being like this. Let it go, draw a line under the whole business, and then move on, free of it. You really can do it.

Posted in A good day on 2007-11-05 10:44:43
Make very sure, Sandra, that he understands that; [Blokes can be very thick skinned] but be kind aswell.

Posted in London Blog on 2007-11-05 06:04:24
Keep writing Jan. Your only about 300 miles south of where I am! Maybe you could stand in Bayswater road on day, look north and wave... I'll keep an eye out for you! I miss London. Have a walk down Kingsway for me, some time. Love Theo

Posted in Ugly on 2007-11-05 05:17:27
I like this. I can hear it in my head. Strange, isn't it? Do you find, sometimes an idea will come in a rush and overwhelm you and you have to struggel with it to get it disintangled? Aren't words wonderfull tools? Aren't we lucky to be human, and not a cat, or a field mouse?

Posted in Losing something on 2007-11-04 10:58:57
There have to be lapses between periods of inspiration, I find, otherwise you would not recognise the next move when it comes along. Be a little patient; there is something for you lerking just round the corner. All will come right soon.

Posted in Accepting acceptance. on 2007-11-04 10:44:03
How very true, mate, how very true. To be what is currently called 'Your own person' is to operate under your own adjender, which is easy to do on your own. The problems come when you operate among others - but it's still worth trying.

Posted in What do you want to be when you grow up? on 2007-11-02 12:54:59
All my life I have tried 'this', done 'that,' been sacked from 'there' and advised stronly against continuing with 'here.' The one thing kept comming to the serface '...do something artistic/creative'...time after time. I have my photography, I have my writing, but I am over-protective of it, and so my outlets are limited.
