sorry didnt have much to say before...
yes she said its all low fat too Hmmm num num...
she has an okra dish in there too.. you should try it..
I still have to send the tomatoe sauce okra dish when i get it ...which is also yum yum...
:)
back to work tomorrow..
meanwhile I have all this laundry to put away and things to tiday up around here.. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAa :D

yeh covenant house used to have alot of good things to say... I just wrote down that particular one .. cause I think at the time it hit a certain area of my life too...
