I'm glad someone else knows how it is to be shy and having to work in a place where you can't be shy and to be outgoing is the only way to get people's respect. I try to talk to them and say hello and stuff but they just don't wanna know most of the time!
It must have been even harder for you with the language issue- you write really good english now by the way- but you probably know that already
