I didnt know you worked in ER... coool... good for you... I wanted to volunteer once in an ER environment... and they kept telling me are you sure you can handle it..? you haev to be teh support for the families of those who arrive there.. and those guys are really stressed out.... etc etc...
actually its a good thing it didnt go through eventually... I forgot why but i didnt do it... and i think that it might have been a good thing... cause i dont think i could handle that for too long... stress level is high... and one can tend to get absorbed into people's feelings sometimes... which isnt good....

as for your cold... this is what you should do...
drink Camomile tea... that is very good for you, you can put some honey and lemon in it... but drink it like twice a day or so..
drink lots of liquids.. specialy hot ones, like teas and soups.. adn so forth...
its not a bad idea to eat garlic and onions.. they have the natural boost for your immune system...
take vitamin C
get lots of rest...

yeh I love doing that... having a special thing for different food... I loved it the other day we went to a japanese restaurant.. and they have all these different spoons and little cups and things.... its adorable... I once went into a store taht sold mostly japanese paper and japanese dishes adn things.. and I amost left with a truckload of it... but due to the fact that i was traveling by plane and i knew i couldnt take breakable things.. I only got a few pieces.. :D
I LOVE their stuff...

yeh its been ages.... so many people have gone... I wonder what happened to Bede.... where the heck is she?
been busy with so many things the past 2 weeks... its been crazy... just got home from a sleep over at my aunt's....
I hope now i cna get some rest this weekend.. but I doubt it.. I still haev to do my laundry and my room.. :P

I think you are doing great....
you are going thru the cleansing stage where your body is being detoxed... and that is what happens.... those are the symptoms..... YES YOU ARE STRONG ... AND YOU CAN DO IT!!! never doubt that..... when bad thoughts come to your head, remind yourself that these are caused by your body .... they WILL GO AWAY... if you stay strong... ignore them.... put something on TV... something scary, something funny.... go talk to friends... join a support group... do something positive that will help you.... you dont have to go thru this stage alone.... BUT if you do.. remmeber it will pass... and it WILL go away soon....
this is a good sign... your body is cleansing itself.... that is what is happening... and this is good....
