 My Trans-Canada CJ
Well this is my first post dedicated to my cross Canada adventure.  I plan on updating this with pictures and information as much as possible during my trip.  I guess the best place to start is with the plan.

Starting May 4th my old man and I will be driving my 1981 Jeep CJ accross Canada.  I plan on staying out there to look for work while my dad fly's home.  We have various stops along the way that I will add as we go.  Lot's of Family to visit and adventures to have.  Hopefully do some fishing and camping along the way.

I know some of you reading this are wondering why drive a 1981 CJ accross Canada.  Why drive a vehicle thats noisey, gets bad gas mileage and lets face it does not have the smoothest ride.  Well adventures arn't supposed to be comfortable.  I could try to explain it but if you haven't looked at your vehicle and felt pride swell up because you know you built it then you won't understand.  My CJ has history not only with me but my family as well.  It has actually made the trip to Calgary before with my cousin Tim, although the engine ended up needing to be replaced when he got there.  Hopefully I'll have better luck.

Anyway I will throw some pics of the jeep all packed up.  We leave on May 4th so time is running out.
