 Good bye Pops
May 19th, 20th, & 21st - am

Well I said good bye to my old man today. He will be flying home with a week’s vacation left to spend working on his garden. This has been an adventure that I will remember for the rest of my life. Even with him keeping me up snoring all night there is no one else I would have rather done this with. Without his encouragement I might not even have made this trip. Thanks Pops!

After dropping my Dad off at the airport in Victoria I took the ferry across to Vancouver and met up with a friend. Left Vancouver after Lunch and started towards Kelowna. I made it just in time to have dinner with my Cousins and family Mathew, Rachel, Jeremy & Sandy, Doug, Rachel. I do love having family all over this country. I had a very relaxing day on the 20th and didn’t really do much except go to the chiropractor. Today, the 21st I was hoping to rent a sea doo but it is too cold so I’ll be lazy again until noon then head to Revelstoke.

These pictures are of Matt’s son Jeremy in the jeep and on the couch with a new toy jeep. I figured I’d get him hooked early so that when I visit him at 16 he will already have a fully lifted off-road vehicle. Matt and Rachel will love it when their garage gets taken over by random vehicle parts.
