The wackiest things happen to my dear husband. I don't know why. He does nothing to provoke or anger any gods. Shit just happens to him.
After receiving the court order for child support, I began the Income Withholding Order process for this matter. I sent the filed stamped documents to her employer and waited, patiently. Checking the Kansas Payment Center website, daily. Still nothing. All these weeks, the whore is telling her kids that she can buy them nothing because she has to give their dad $400.00 a month. Another appropriate topic of conversation for the children.
I try caling her place of employment to verify that they've received the IWO. Nobody answers the phone. I call the head office in Ohio, I get a voice mail with a lengthy message that I should call another number. I leave my message and call the other number. It's a resident agent who accepts service for this company. The woman I talk to cannot verify or deny that I am to send her the information. That's helpful. So I send the IWO to this company. And wait.
In the meantime, she is insisting to the kids and James that she's having money taken out of her check. Have I mentioned that she lies?
This week, I call the Kansas Payment Center. The representative that I talk with there informs me that their instruction is that HE is to be paying HER. You've got to be kidding me. The KPC receives their information from the Sedgwick County Court Trustee's office and their information orders that James pay the whore $400 a month. So I ask the woman: "If you would have received a payment, would that payment have gone back to her?" The answer is "Yes".
Yesterday, I finally receive a call back from the office in Ohio. This woman informs me that I should send the information directly to her. Unbelievable. So I send all of the appropriate copies to her. This company now has a triplicate set of court orders for child support. She has had not one dime taken from her check, thus far, for support towards her children. Yet she still insists that she can't buy her kids school clothes or even a pair of shoes because she's broke paying James.
Will these kids get any child support?

Doesn't sound like it. Talk to the county about pressing criminal non support on her if she is in enough arrears. Might want to also check into the case being turned over to National Childsupport. They didn't help me but since your dealing with two states maybe it would help.
GOOOOOOOD LUCK! I've dealt with these fuckers for 15 years on my 16 yr old daughter!
