Does anyone have any experience with taking risperdal to treat BP?

Cymbalta wasn't helping so they've put me on risperdal (an anti psychotic?). I just started it. When I looked it up on line I found stories of it turning people into zombies and other's praising it.

I guess I'm a bit concerned and trying to find out more info. I won't see the doc again for 2 weeks so I thought I'd ask here what expereiences others may have had.
