I sit here alone in the world,
My mind a mess, my thoughts awhirl
My eyes turned in not out
Wondering what my life's about
Down at the heels,
Nothing is real
My face is so long
Where'd I go wrong?
So dark is the day
And I just want to say
Enough is enough
Why's this so rough?
Then THE miracle of all
A new thought does fall
Bringing with it a light
That shines ever so bright
I'm counting it wrong
So don't go along
It's no all as bad
as I could've had
There's an army out there
Who really do care
They strengthen my will
More then any pill
I've family who need me
Who want me to be
Contented with life
Not full of strife
Grandchildren to love
Gifts from above
Given me to hold
Even when i grow old
Parents who only see
the best side of me
Like bedrock they stand
To lend me a hand
But best of all I've a friend
That God to me did send
A very special friend
Who won't let it end
She'll be there always
No matter what I say
She keeps me sane
when my spirit does wane
How lucky am I
Now I'll spit in the eye
Of the depression that weighs
On my soul all these days

anyway you are so lucky to have so many people who care
you have a big army!
plus even better
you are so lucky that you realize it
and feel their love
some people have that kind of support but dont feel it

Thank you. Sometimes I don't feel it but it happened that in the midst of one of the worst days I've had ecently I did feel it and it helped tremendously
