My uncle, whom everyone thought was on his last legs, has taken a turn for the better. He's been sitting up on his own, he's eating some though very little, and cracking jokes! It's now been a week since I took any lexapro. I started out with high hopes that getting off it was a turn for the better. A Wonderful Day At Last

I'm doing great today. Been back on the lexapro for 3 days and the depression is at bay. Had a serious bout with it yesterday and that ultimately combined with a bit of the mania but today is wonderful. I'm starting out smiling and it's looking like it's only going to get sunnier.

Well that's it. My uncle just passed on about an hour ago.
As hard as it was I am SOOO glad I made it up to see him yesterday. I knew it was goodbye, knew I'd never see him again. I feel so bad for my Mom, she was in tears and I think she knew the same.

Well I'm over that now. With the help of a friend yesterday improved dramatically before it ended and today I'm doing better. Maybe not great but definitely much better.
