| Christianity???? |

All my life I have believed in God and never really knew why. Now that im older im starting to think more and more about the whole thing? Does it seem possible? Sometimes i feel like it isnt. I really want to believe in, but forcing myself to isnt helping. I hate the line in the bible about the begining when God say And it was so. It just makes it seem so fake like there is no other explination except for And it was so? Sometimes I honestly think the whole concept of God and Heaven and Hell were made up to make ppl be good or at least encourage them to be. Like when your a little kid and your parents tell you to be good or the boogey man is going to get you. They know that he isnt real but they tell u that in order to make you be good. Then there is Santa...be good and santa will bring you presents. They know there isnt a Santa but they tell you that to get you to be good. I think all of the were combined to form christianity. Its a good concept to make ppl be better ppl in order to get somthing and not be punished. I mean if there wasnt somthing promised in return for believing in him that so many ppl would? Do most ppl just go along with it b/c it is so commonly accepted. I really and truly want to believe there is a God, but sometimes i think its like wishing there were a Santa
