I never have them any more. You will get it under control too. I found the more info i read about them-the more i was able to recognise it coming on. Once you can feel it coming on you will find you are able to calm yourself down before you send yourself into a panic. Therapy is great thing. I have been through alot in my 22 years & was always too tough to talk about my issues. Until someone tld me that it ws more like i was too scared to talk about them. If you get the right psychologist-can be great for you. Beware you may have to shop around. As for our nightmares, yeah they are so weird-i don't like telling people cos they think i am a total nutter. Check out the comment for my last one... Oh and lsoing teeth apparently mean that you are feeling a bit powerless in life.. I had a totally screwed up one on saturday night. I bit my own toes off on both feet!!! Ewwwww so gross i woke up covered in persperation freaking out! Yuck (posted in Night terrors) I had another one last night.. It wasn't so bad. Just this guy i never met before was totally bagging me out and making me feel like a loser. Then he threw a beer bottle at me on purpose which cut my hand open. Wasn't horrifying but it was upsetting..
