Obama's Healthcare

I would still like to know why the health system overhaul will not include President Obama and his family, nor all of the members of Congress. If this plan is supposed to be so good, why don't they participate? When asked if he would want his family participating in the proposed plan, he changed the subject. Just curious as to why this is good for the goose, but not for the gander.
