I totally admire your strength and determination to get healthy. I have been trying for so long to gain weight to get healthy, I think even though the nature of our battle is slightly different that in the end its the same goal: to be healthy & happy.
So what does your diet plan and exercise...

How does one qualify as a emotional eater? She eats all the time... I don't see a pattern from happy to sad.
