United we Stand (Special Edition)
Good evening everybody. It has, in fact, been a while since I've had time to do this. College does that, I suppose. So, with no further adue, I present a man who simply died for his beliefs... Perhaps what he was intending to start will spread like wildfire.
This is the Letter of Joseph Andrew Stack, who recently crashed his plane into the IRS building in Austin Texas.
Admittedly, you need to read the treatment to understand what it is saying but it's not very complicated. The bottom line is that they may as well have put my name right in the text of section (d). Moreover, they could only have been more blunt if they would have came out and directly declared me a criminal and non-citizen slave. Twenty years later, I still can't believe my eyes.
During 1987, I spent close to $5000 of my ‘pocket change', and at least 1000 hours of my time writing, printing, and mailing to any senator, congressman, governor, or slug that might listen; none did, and they universally treated me as if I was wasting their time. I spent countless hours on the L.A. freeways driving to meetings and any and all of the disorganized professional groups who were attempting to mount a campaign against this atrocity. This, only to discover that our efforts were being easily derailed by a few moles from the brokers who were just beginning to enjoy the windfall from the new declaration of their "freedom". Oh, and don't forget, for all of the time I was spending on this, I was loosing income that I couldn't bill clients.
After months of struggling it had clearly gotten to be a futile exercise. The best we could get for all of our trouble is a pronouncement from an IRS mouthpiece that they weren't going to enforce that provision (read harass engineers and scientists). This immediately proved to be a lie, and the mere existence of the regulation began to have its impact on my bottom line; this, of course, was the intended effect.
Again, rewind my retirement plans back to 0 and shift them into idle. If I had any sense, I clearly should have left abandoned engineering and never looked back.
Instead I got busy working 100-hour workweeks. Then came the L.A. depression of the early 1990s. Our leaders decided that they didn't need the all of those extra Air Force bases they had in Southern California, so they were closed; just like that. The result was economic devastation in the region that rivaled the widely publicized Texas S&L fiasco. However, because the government caused it, no one gave a shit about all of the young families who lost their homes or street after street of boarded up houses abandoned to the wealthy loan companies who received government funds to "shore up" their windfall. Again, I lost my retirement.
Years later, after weathering a divorce and the constant struggle trying to build some momentum with my business, I find myself once again beginning to finally pick up some speed. Then came the .COM bust and the 911 nightmare. Our leaders decided that all aircraft were grounded for what seemed like an eternity; and long after that, ‘special' facilities like San Francisco were on security alert for months. This made access to my customers prohibitively expensive. Ironically, after what they had done the Government came to the aid of the airlines with billions of our tax dollars … as usual they left me to rot and die while they bailed out their rich, incompetent cronies WITH MY MONEY! After these events, there went my business but not quite yet all of my retirement and savings.
By this time, I'm thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I'll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I've never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn't give a fuck about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.
To survive, I was forced to cannibalize my savings and retirement, the last of which was a small IRA. This came in a year with mammoth expenses and not a single dollar of income. I filed no return that year thinking that because I didn't have any income there was no need. The sleazy government decided that they disagreed. But they didn't notify me in time for me to launch a legal objection so when I attempted to get a protest filed with the court I was told I was no longer entitled to due process because the time to file ran out. Bend over for another $10,000 helping of justice.
So now we come to the present. After my experience with the CPA world, following the business crash I swore that I'd never enter another accountant's office again. But here I am with a new marriage and a boatload of undocumented income, not to mention an expensive new business asset, a piano, which I had no idea how to handle. After considerable thought I decided that it would be irresponsible NOT to get professional help; a very big mistake.
When we received the forms back I was very optimistic that they were in order. I had taken all of the years information to Bill Ross, and he came back with results very similar to what I was expecting. Except that he had neglected to include the contents of Sheryl's unreported income; $12,700 worth of it. To make matters worse, Ross knew all along this was missing and I didn't have a clue until he pointed it out in the middle of the audit. By that time it had become brutally evident that he was representing himself and not me.
This left me stuck in the middle of this disaster trying to defend transactions that have no relationship to anything tax-related (at least the tax-related transactions were poorly documented). Things I never knew anything about and things my wife had no clue would ever matter to anyone. The end result is… well, just look around.
I remember reading about the stock market crash before the "great" depression and how there were wealthy bankers and businessmen jumping out of windows when they realized they screwed up and lost everything. Isn't it ironic how far we've come in 60 years in this country that they now know how to fix that little economic problem; they just steal from the middle class (who doesn't have any say in it, elections are a joke) to cover their asses and it's "business-as-usual". Now when the wealthy fuck up, the poor get to die for the mistakes… isn't that a clever, tidy solution.
As government agencies go, the FAA is often justifiably referred to as a tombstone agency, though they are hardly alone. The recent presidential puppet GW Bush and his cronies in their eight years certainly reinforced for all of us that this criticism rings equally true for all of the government. Nothing changes unless there is a body count (unless it is in the interest of the wealthy sows at the government trough). In a government full of hypocrites from top to bottom, life is as cheap as their lies and their self-serving laws.
I know I'm hardly the first one to decide I have had all I can stand. It has always been a myth that people have stopped dying for their freedom in this country, and it isn't limited to the blacks, and poor immigrants. I know there have been countless before me and there are sure to be as many after. But I also know that by not adding my body to the count, I insure nothing will change. I choose to not keep looking over my shoulder at "big brother" while he strips my carcass, I choose not to ignore what is going on all around me, I choose not to pretend that business as usual won't continue; I have just had enough.
I can only hope that the numbers quickly get too big to be white washed and ignored that the American zombies wake up and revolt; it will take nothing less. I would only hope that by striking a nerve that stimulates the inevitable double standard, knee-jerk government reaction that results in more stupid draconian restrictions people wake up and begin to see the pompous political thugs and their mindless minions for what they are. Sadly, though I spent my entire life trying to believe it wasn't so, but violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer. The cruel joke is that the really big chunks of shit at the top have known this all along and have been laughing, at and using this awareness against, fools like me all along.
I saw it written once that the definition of insanity is repeating the same process over and over and expecting the outcome to suddenly be different. I am finally ready to stop this insanity. Well, Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let's try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.
The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.

Though what he did was done incorrectly, I can only hope it makes us realize just how much power our Government has compared to what it should of had.

One Trillion and counting......
It's been a long time since I've had a chance to post here. So, as you know, a lot of things are starting to surface; about damn time if you ask me. So, if you haven't heard, Obama is apparently going to court next week to determine rather or not he can legally be president. Though we all know the answer to that, I guess he may as well have a fair trial. So far he has done everything in his power to stop the trial, but the judge just won't budge. For a man who claims to be an American, you would think a simple "citizen" checkup wouldn't be an issue.
As though that wasn't bad enough, the two wars have now topped $1 billion dollars! Yes I know, we just spent a shit load of cash in this epic failure of a war, but that's not even the best part; Obama is expected to ask for $33 billion more this year; there goes the neighborhood.
Below is an article I found, it's not real long, but it's interesting.
Cindy Sheehan leads protest at CIA, Cheney's house
Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan leads protest at CIA, home of former VP Dick Cheney

A group led by anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan has protested near the CIA's headquarters and former Vice President Dick Cheney's home in northern Virginia.
They were protesting the use of unmanned drone aircraft to attack al-Qaida and Taliban targets.
The group of about 70 people rallied alongside a highway near the CIA compound Saturday. About half then marched to Cheney's nearby street and stayed for 20 minutes. Police kept them from going down his street.
Sheehan's 21-year-old son Casey was killed in Iraq in April 2004. She staged a prolonged demonstration outside former President George W. Bush's ranch near Crawford, Texas, in 2005.
She says using drones is "cowardly" and "immoral."
Alright, in a personal note, I got some emails regarding the forum. I'm sorry to say that it was sabatoged by somebody I thought was a friend. For those who wish to see the damage he did the link is included: thesyndicateproject.openmsl.net/index.html I'm sorry if it's offensive. Please note that I don't support this in any form. For those who emailed asking about the forum, I'm going to be getting a new forum for to long... one not hosted by this guy. Anyways, bots, that's all for now. Peace.

Let's spend a bundle day
Good Evening robots, another fine day in Paradise. I been really busy with media stuff and college shit recently. So a lot of crap has gone down in the past week or so.
Well, your overlord has struck again. Obama has decided to spend even more of the tax payers money. This time, he's increasing the Pentagons' base budget. The original article is below
*B y Noah Shachtman
* December 4, 2009 |
For those of you who hoped — or worried — that the Obama administration would mean a big cut to defense spending, think again.
The Office of Management and Budget ” has approved a nearly $60 billion increase in the Pentagon’s base budget between fiscal years 2011 and 2015,” InsideDefense.com reports.
That includes an extra $15 billion for the next fiscal year — “a 2.7 percent increase after inflation. This boost “would bring non-war related military spending in FY-11 to $556.4 billion.”
The decision isn’t final - the President hasn’t approved of it, yet. But if the extra cash is okayed, it won’t be used to pay for more tanks or fighter jets, InsideDefense.com notes. “A sizable portion of the additional funds would pay for unforeseen DOD health care bills.”
UPDATE: The Defense Department claims personnel costs will run about $136 billion. The Progressive Policy Institute’s Jim Arkedis says that’s way, way off. “The real price tag is much bigger: $301.1 billion each year, 121 percent higher than the Pentagon’s figure. In other words, if you want major savings in defense spending, cutting weapons systems and the ever-elusive ‘waste, fraud and abuse’ won’t take you far enough.”
Oh joy, what better way to bring up the National debt and bring down the Economy all in one shot? For those who didn't catch my joke, Obama is on a national spending spree. Billions of dollars have already gone out of the taxpayers pockets; how much more shall we lose to his inability to budget?
Remember that Prison Obama wanted to shut down? Well now he's out to stop a lawsuit against it. Apparently, if your tortured so badly you kill yourself, you're family isn't worthy of any money. Below is the article I found regarding this topic.

A 2008 Supreme Court ruling giving Guantanamo Bay prisoners the right to challenge their indefinite detention does not apply in the case of two detainees who committed suicide, the Obama administration says in newly filed court papers.
The Justice Department made the argument in a lawsuit brought by the families of two Saudi detainees who, according to the U.S. government, hanged themselves at the island prison on the same day in June 2006 after more than four years in captivity.
A year and a half ago, the Supreme Court overturned part of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 that had stripped federal courts from hearing challenges to the indefinite detention of hundreds of Guantanamo Bay prisoners.
The decision "had no effect" on another provision of that act that says no court has jurisdiction to hear a challenge "relating to any aspect" of a Guantanamo Bay prisoner's detention, the department said in court papers filed Friday.
The government says the two men whose deaths were ruled suicide, Yassar Talal al-Zahrani and Salah Ali Abdullah Ahmed al-Salami, were properly detained as enemy combatants and therefore their families' lawsuit is barred from the court system.
A Republican-controlled Congress passed the Military Commissions Act that was the focus of the 2008 Supreme Court ruling.
Al-Zahrani and Al-Salami were among dozens of prisoners who went on a hunger strike for months at a time and who were force-fed by the U.S. military through tubes put down their noses and throats, according to the suit filed last January.
The lawyers for the two men allege that torture and brutal conditions at the offshore prison led the men to their deaths.
Al-Zahrani was 17 years old when he was transferred to Guantanamo and 22 when he died, according to the suit by the men's families.
"It doesn't really matter if this was an intentional death or an accidental death or suicide. The point is that the U.S. government bears responsibility," Talal al-Zahrani, father of Yassar Talal al-Zahrani, said when the suit was filed.
There you have it, another anal rapage courtesy of Uncle Sam. Feel free to leave comments. This is The Raven signing out.

WE ARE SPARTA!
Hello Robots, another lovely day in Paradise. As you may have heard the H1N1 virus has now been deemed a national emergency. What you may not have heard is that it was "accidently" released from a government lab. Perhaps it's a form of biological warfare... then again, perhaps we're just test subjects. Either way, the shit's going around in abundance. However, in the White House Obama is now talking about sending 34,000 more troops to fucking Afghanistan. Keep in mind the fucking pictures from my last blog entry. And to to think we wonder why the United States is now known for being "War mongers..."
Meanwhile, at the homefront, twelve soldiers in total were killed the other day when one of their own men decided to go around fucking blowing people away. Nader Hasan, Maj. Hasan's first cousin had this to say:
"We are shocked and saddened by the terrible events at Fort Hood today. We send the families of the victims our most heartfelt sympathies. We, like most of America, know very few details at this time.
"Here is what we do know about our cousin. Nidal was an American citizen. He was born in Arlington, Virginia, and raised here in America. He attended local high schools and eventually went on to attend Virginia Tech.
"We are filled with grief for the families of today's victims. Our family loves America. We are proud of our country, and saddened by today's tragedy. Because this situation is still unfolding, we have nothing else that we are able to share with you at this time. It is reported that the Mother fucker used a Semi-automatic alongside a pistol to carry out his fucked up deed of the day. It is also reported that the Major was scheduled to hit active duty very soon.. Perhaps the fear of going over was simply to much.. or we can go with my belief and say the basterd was a fuck tart. Below is a link to a Youtube video I found regarding the situation.

Okay robots, this was short one, I know. Feel free to comment, post your thoughts on these events, and email me your stories through this site. I'm always looking for new shit to talk about.

Land of the free......(Very graphic Images)
Hello Robots. Another lovely day in Paradise. I'm going to start out by saying, if you are under the age of 18 or easily grossed out.. do NOT continue reading this. The pictures are very graphic. Now, for those of you who are reading still, This is imagery of stuff I find to be so fucked up.
First off, here's your vision of Obama.
The chosen one? THE FUCKING CHOSEN ONE!? Okay I can accept that, here's MY vision of Obama.
Get the picture? So why do I make such "Horrible" claims on him? Well, let me show you a few images. Some are in the U.S some are not, but they all serve in making my point.
As you know, protests are all around us regarding Barack. In fact, here's a beautiful protest sign that even our media will show you.
Oh to be free.... But wait, what the fuck is that? Oh, it's the fucking results of protesting peacefully and what happens when you do so. (I do have a very graphic image, now is the time to turn back)
I credit that a couple of these are NOT from the US... but they show the results of the path we are walking down. These brave people fought and still fight for what they believe in. So should we! As you can tell, it didn't take long for the Mutated pig farm to let it's swine run free. Is this the America you want? Is this the country you want to "Pledge your loyalty" to? Is this the FREEDOM we want to give Afghanistan or Iraq? I think not... but you need to answer that for yourself.
As you can tell, these people are either arrested, trampled on by the Pigs in blue, or simply murdered. And why? Because they believe something is wrong with our world, something is horribly wrong. America, this is your time to stand, to fight the injustice, to tell the Government that we will NOT stand for this injustice anymore; We are the resistance, without us... there is no America.
