 A Kiss Can Last Forever
A kiss can last forever….

Do you remember when our lips first met, so soft and warm, so sweet, so wet?
Gone were thoughts of yesterday, forgotten till tomorrow,
Lost in such a sweet bliss, replacing all our sorrow,
So come here girl, and hold me tight, I’ll keep you safe and warm all night,
I’m right here Babe, it’s now or never,
Because we both know, that a kiss can last forever.

Once upon a dream come true, were memories of me and you,
A stolen kiss, a hidden smile, tugging on two hearts beguiled,
If at first you don’t succeed, oh, the tangled webs we weave.
Words unspoken brought us close, who knew I’d miss your lips the most?
We thought that we could hide it; we thought we were being clever,
But we both know girl that a kiss can last forever.

A kiss can last forever; a bond we can never sever,
I love you more than ever, forever.

I love that!!! Is it a song or poem only? The vocabulary, phrasing - something about it puts me in mind of a Bruce Sprinsteen song. . that's meant to be a high compliment, hope you take it as such. Keep writing!
