 "The Quandary"
The Quandary Within Today's Thinking ... Part one

Freedom ... The legislation of laws for the sake of freedom is not freedom

How would you feel if there were those who were color blind that saw a need to make the government protect them from their disadvantaged ability to see properly.

It could happen that the government of the future will create laws prohibiting the use of clothing in the certain ranges of gray and blue.

After all, you have no right to effect a color blind persons comfort level when driving at dusk in mall parking lots.

In the same circle of thinking the need for laws to protect those with Asthma from the overwhelming essence of multiple perfumes and toiletry products in the entrance of department stores is absolutely cruel and unfair punishment to those who suffer from respiratory issue's as well.

people have an unalienable right to be comfortable where ever they venture to. Don't they?

Let's go with other issue's like alergies to insect stings.

We need to wipe out all of those deadly insect! After all - they can KILL people!
Our government has an obligation to defend the rights of our people to be able to living without any complications or concern's!

.... but before we do that let us concern ourselves with the right to do whatever we wish - no matter what deadly results can become of it.

Hey - what the heck!

Just because some people consider an action as immoral - what right do they have to pass judgement!  ... so long as they want to do it - people just need to bug off and let lives be as the owners of those lives choose to live them.

Let's face it - it's just the other person who will get HIV
but IF I GET IT ... the government MUST offset the cost of those highly expensive medications at the loss of government revenue (aka the Tax Payer)

If These examples are unfair ....

Will someone explain to me how it's wrong or right or off track?
