| So, I'm going to move far far away... |
I have definitely given the whole boy thing a rest for the moment. I have been so busy with school and such that there just hasn't been time. I will be applying to law school soon, and I think that I have finally figured out where I want to study. I'm going to study tax law, which narrows the perspectives down a bit. I also don't want to pay upwards of 30,000 a year- which also narrows perspectives down a bit. As for location, anywhere but here is fine with me!
I've been looking at universities in D.C., Maryland, Massachusettes, Washington, Michigan, and California. I've really been looking at Seattle because I like the school... but nothing really jumped out at me about their tax program. So, the other day I was just coming home from classes when I saw another information packet from California in my mailbox. I thought, okay lets see what you have to offer, but I was pretty unenthusiastic overall. Then I saw what their tax program has to offer!!! I was so excited, they offer so many courses, and now I'm almost certain I will be there this time next year!
I still have lots of classes to worry about first, the LSAT round one, and personal statements to work on. I do, however have two faculty members that have already agree to write me a flattering letter of reccommendation!!! So excited!
And, for those of you who have recently chosen to comment on my screen name: It's just a screen name, I'm not a whore, I don't destroy men or anything of that likeness, I simply have had some bad experiences (some of which are quite amusing in retrospect) and have not had any reasons to stay in long relationships. Simple terms: I haven't found the right person, but I've had an interesting time trying. If you don't like my screen name, or me for that matter, you don't have to look at my page or read my blogs... it's America and I'm free to write (at least for the time being) and you are free to read or not read.
