And when do you walk away?
How do you keep from crying?

And how can you be sure the times right?
How do you stop and put down the phone?

Dance,cry when you must. Don't hold it in. The anger may never go away by itself. But you know it is hurting you. Try to banish the anger, replace it with good things for you. Music, chocolate, a walk, (with a friend is best).Blog, we are here listening. Scream (into a pillow) whatever you do, let it out. I care, lots of people care, we are right here.
