Today found me doing the same thing but with a lot less sleep. I got home and checked my sites. I made some good coffee and tugged one out.
Some one drove up in my driveway and never came around back. I called Katie and work to see if it was either one of them. It wasn’t. Then my boss told me it was the stoner guy whose guitar I was going to repair. He pulled the jack out when he pulled the cord out.
So I missed him this morning.
I hit the hay around 8 or so after figuring out which bills I was going to pay. Last night I bought enough smokes to last all week so I didn’t have quite enough to pay all my bills.
So the phone bill can wait for a week. Plus I have to pay Barry.
I got up around 1 or so, and I was up for the day.
I went to the store and paid two of three bills. I decided to buy some chips here from work because they are on sell. I saw the drug user whose guitar I was supposed to repair but I didn’t bother him.
I went and paid the city bill and checked my snail mail.
I went home and couldn’t sleep.
I decided it was time to go a little house cleaning. I raked the backyard and took out all the trash.
I got a bad habit of using the old dog food bags as trash bags and saving up several before I take them out. So taking out the trash is not an easy task.
The dogs loved the clean yard even though Katie had no more afternoon snacks.

I laid around trying to sleep. I checked on some financial aid issues concerning the training. Nothing yet.

I called Renee and she was upset. Her traveling party checked in and dumped her by herself at the hotel. I felt so bad for her because I have been there myself.
No one deserves to be ignored. She may be hard to handle sometimes, but she is a human being.
I hope she takes my advice and does her job and then tells them to fuck off when they ask for her notes.

I got a nice treat today. Storms started to build and I sat on the back porch with my Roo Roo. Normally she doesn’t like for me to hold her, but she was so content just lying next to me with my arm around her. I just hope she is happy.
While I was talking to Renee, the storms hit hard. It flooded my back yard and it cooled down. I just stood on my back porch with the light off and enjoyed the lightning.

Alex called and he thinks he found a college near the city that offers some courses online. I hope they do. I will have to check into whether the college near me will let the hours transfer.

Barry came in and we talked a while. He can’t work because of the weather, so it was nice to sit and bullshit.
SHE hasn’t emailed me back yet. There is a job that is up in the town where she lives. I wonder if she is transferring back. Wouldn’t that be a hoot if she transferred back and then I joined the same team? Maybe that is my fate. Maybe it is just me desiring that it be my fate.
I don’t know.
