Yesterday was probably the worst day ever. But it was my own fault - - I was SO hungover. And let me tell you, if you could choose the absolute worst place to be when you are sick as a dog hungover, It'd be with a bunch of fifteen year old kids.
But like I said, it was my fault, so I deserved it.
We have free summer concerts on the beach on Sunday nights and well, I definitely imbibed too much. We met up with our old friends P & OB, the ones whom we thought kind of ditched us because of the whole Jason/Erika fiasco. Anyway, it was good to hang out with them again and it seems maybe we will be able to rekindle that friendship after all.
I did of course have an emotional hangover and over analyze every thing I said to them and wondered if I said anything bad. I did open my big mouth about the Channon thing to P, which I shouldn't have because Channon had said something negative about them when we ran into them on the Fourth of July. I need to keep my fat ass mouth closed if I want to keep any sort of friends. Ya know I didn't used to be like this, I think I'm just getting crazy in my old age or something. It's kind of depressing, well it's really depressing.
Speaking of the Channon thing, I have never received a response from my last e-mail so I am assuming it's just over with. I am not going to keep trying to contact her. The ball was in her court and she has chosen to keep it so that is fine. It has been over a week since I have heard anything from her. Fine, whatever. B thinks that it is probably better that we not be friends. He says the last probably 5 times he has seen me cry has been because of her, and he personally thinks she is a psychotic borderline drug addict.
On the bright side, Gill might be moving to So-Cal which is awesome. Despite his idiocy in calling Dan, he was really only trying to help. And he's a dumbass, so I forgive him. He's a good friend to B and me as well. I think B would really enjoy having him around. So we'll see what happens with that.
That's about all that is going on with me. Still here -- still jaded.

Don't put yourself down so much! Hang overs are the worst and you are going to think worse because you feel yuck!
That's awesome that Gill could be moving.
And I wish I could go hang out at the beach on a Sunday night. Damn Mountains!

I hate those emotional hangovers! The physical ones suck too (of course) but I hate analyzing everything I did/said over and over and over and over... Nothing is usually as bad as we make it out to be in our own minds.
Oh, and screw Channon!

Soo jealous! I wish I could go to summer concerts on the beach!!! Then again, I would be hungover every Monday...and that's the worst day to be hungover!
That would be awesome for you and Ben if Gill moved out there...not to mention, I'm sure you would have some interesting stories about him to share; he definitely seems like a character.
