Do you ever stop and think what you're saying to those around you with your nonverbal body language?
I started paying attention to my stance, how i hold my arms, when or if i move my head, and how i twist my face or my eye contact when i talk to people. It's amazing the things you can infer from others by their movements, gestures and expressions.
I was training last night and noticed i constantly wanted to put my hands on my hips or prop my arm up and touch my face. Curious as to what that really means, i looked it up. (it may be all hocus pocus/mumbo jumbo, but still interesting to see what the 'experts' say). ... ... ...

Huh, so if i'm too close or too far away i'm not engaged or not there completely/mentally?
So that didn't help. But as far as i see it, putting my hands on my hips seems like an 'im better than you' attitude, 'hurry up', or maybe confidence. Maybe it could be a sign of a lack of confidence. i dunno...
All the same, nonverbal communication is very interesting and insightful.
