New Years F-Word
'The New Year F-Word' why! it's resolution of course! They're all fun and games when the ball is rolling and New Years is approaching, but holding to your end of the deal, is harder than planned huh?... Did you make a NewYearsResolution? If so,...is it already done with and been chucked out the window? I think the most typical resolution has gotta do with image. Like:: i resolve to exercise; lose weight; get muscles; see my toes again; or be completely unrealistic and resolve to "look like the girls (or guys) on the mags".
I made mine. And mine IS typical. I resolved to consistantly exercise, No Matter What! So far i'm still truckin! WhooHoo! But it's the 6th. This year i thought i'd get ahead of the game by starting my resolution early. I began mine a week before the usual starting date. I thought i would be more apt to stick to it if it was part of my routine and NOT a new fad/idea/obstacle i set for myself to do. So, far it's fun and i'm progressing because i set weekly goals for myself to stick to :)

HA 'nuf about me, here's the top TEN NewYearsResolutions::

1. Spend More Time with Family & Friends
2. Fit in Fitness
3. Tame the Bulge
4. Quit Smoking
5. Enjoy Life More
6. Quit Drinking
7. Get Out of Debt
8. Learn Something New
9. Help Others
10. Get Organized

The best way to stick to your New Years resolutions is to have some one that you are accountable to on a daily basis. It's amazing what a person can do when they tell some one else and are being held accountable.
Good-luck to you!
Cheers!
